iFix by Original is an Apple Authorized Service Provider, offering in-warranty and out-of-warranty repair service for Apple products.

iFix provides repair service for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, AirPods and Apple TV.

Repair & Warranty


All Apple products from Apple authorized resellers come with an official warranty and technical support.

Most Apple products come with 90 days of complimentary single-incident technical support and a one-year limited warranty.

Service Flow


  1. Bring in your device to iFix (suggest to make reservation online first)

  2. Check-up by technician

  3. Quotation

  4. Start the repair (you will receive the status updates through SMS)

  5. Finish repairing (an after-service survey will be sent to you for your review and comment)
