iFix by Original is an Apple Authorized Service Provider, offering in-warranty and out-of-warranty repair service for Apple products.
iFix provides repair service for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, AirPods and Apple TV.
Repair & Warranty
All Apple products from Apple authorized resellers come with an official warranty and technical support.
Most Apple products come with 90 days of complimentary single-incident technical support and a one-year limited warranty.
Service Flow
- Bring in your device to iFix (suggest to make reservation online first) 
- Check-up by technician 
- Quotation 
- Start the repair (you will receive the status updates through SMS) 
- Finish repairing (an after-service survey will be sent to you for your review and comment)

- Visual Assistance: Our staff will assist in guiding customers to provide a better shopping experience 
- Charging Service: We offer free charging services in-store, so customers do not have to worry about their phone running out of battery 
- Payment Method: We provide multiple payment options, including “Simple Pay”, credit cards, and cash, to facilitate customers' choices 
- Free Wi-Fi: We offer free Wi-Fi in-store, making it convenient for customers to access the internet at any time 
- Free drinks: Complimentary coffee and tea are provided for customers to relax and enjoy
